By accessing SilentSurprise ("The Platform") or initiating a transfer request ("The Protocol"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the services.

We act as a specialized concierge for anonymous logistics. Typically, we are not the seller of goods (unless you purchase from 'The Curated Shop'). We are the architects of the delivery experience, connecting Senders and Recipients through a privacy-first layer.

The safety of our couriers and the integrity of the protocol is paramount. The following items are strictly forbidden from the network:

Violation results in immediate termination and a permanent ban.

Anonymity does not mean non-consent. We explicitly contact every Recipient to verify their willingness to accept a delivery.

• If a Recipient declines the delivery, the item is returned to the Sender.
• We do not force delivery upon anyone.
• Harassment via our platform is strictly monitored and blocked.

To ensure high-tier execution of the Protocol, we partner with industry leaders:

• Razorpay: Our primary payment gateway. Your financial data is handled solely by them under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Borzo: Our hyper-local logistics partner. They handle the physical 'Bridge' between Sender and Recipient.
