The Sender's Journey
Sender Identification
Provide your details (Name, Number, Email, and Pickup Address). This information is used for order verification, payment validation, and coordinating the gift pickup with our delivery partners.
Receiver Information
Tell us who the lucky recipient is. We require their Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address. Email is optional but recommended for secondary notifications.
Product Verification & Safety
To ensure safety and transport compliance, provide product details (Image, Weight, Name, Category). These remain 100% hidden from the receiver. You can also add a gift message.
Mystery Features & Activation
Choose your 'Signals' and opt-in for our Anonymous Chat Link. This unique mystery link allows you and the receiver to chat for 24 hours once the delivery is complete.
Secure Payment
Complete your order through our secure gateway to initiate the surprise.

Our Business Operations
Vetting
Every order is reviewed via our Admin Panel. If an item is deemed unsafe or illegal, the order is cancelled and a full refund is issued.
Logistics Coordination
We sync with Borzo for real-time pickup and same-day delivery.
Anonymity Management
Our system automates the 'Mystery Chat' link, which activates only after delivery and expires automatically after 24 hours.
Security
OTP verification is required for any changes to the order (by either party) to prevent fraudulent redirections.
